The Navigator scrapes internal warehouse data to provide you with near real-time inventory data. You can search for inventory by ZIP code and radius, and we'll show you all the warehouses that have inventory in your search area.

We check directly with warehouse systems when you request a search. However, the individual warehouses update inventory hourly, so the data may not be real time.

Your daily search limit resets at midnight Eastern Time. ZIP codes have to be reset manually to prevent account sharing. To reset your ZIP code slots, please contact us.

Autocheck monitors your selected area and sends you an email notification when new inventory becomes available. Simply set your ZIP code and search radius, and every day before store open and on mid-day, Autocheck will run for you and alert you if new inventory is available.

restockIQ is our proprietary analytics feature that provides insights into store competitiveness and predicts restock patterns using the trove of historical data that The Navigator collects. It helps Plus subscribers identify which warehouses are more likely to have inventory and when they typically restock.

Yes! You can manage your subscription anytime by clicking the "Manage Plan" link when logged in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through our secure billing portal powered by Stripe.
